Hi, my name is Karen. I am 26 years old and have studied at Embury College.

I also have taught in the UK and when I returned to SA, I started working at Nightingales . There I was a Grade OO teacher. I then was asked to become the Head Teacher at the sister school Happy Valley. I also have been doing locum work for Cygnet Pre-Primary School.

I am so excited to be here working for Clifton Hills Nursery School.

Jenny Cubitt

Just to tell you a little about myself…

 I am 26 years old and I am the mother of two children, aged 2 years and 9 years.

I live in the Upper Highway area with my fiance Etienne Hattingh.

I have been a pre-school educator for 5 years.  I love working with young children and I can see myself as a pre-school educator for many years to come.

I am a friendly and vibrant person with a sunny disposition.

I have worked mainly at pre-schools in the Highway area, with my most recent contract having been with Nightingales Daycare in Pinetown.

Although I thoroughly loved working at Nightingales, I have decided to accept an offer of employment closer to home at Clifton Hills, for reasons of traveling convenience as well as family commitment.

Even though I am sad to leave Nightingales, I do so confidently knowing, that I have made a positive difference in the lives of the owner, staff, children and parents.

Given this opportunity, I know that I can do the same at Clifton Hill Nursery School.

I hope to be of good service to you in time to come and that I will develop the same close bond with the principal, staff and children at Clifton Hill Nursery School, as I had at Nightingales.

Sarah-Jane Bromfield

My name is Sarah-Jane Bromfield. I am 22 years old and in my final year of studying to become a qualified foundation phase teacher.

I have previous experience in teaching pre-school children and absolutely love it.

I am so happy to work in such an organised and loving environment.

Maneli Ximba

I am Maneli, I have been working at Clifton Hill Nursery School since 2007. I am the mother of a 11 year old boy, Sethembile. I am quiet and love to help people, I also love working with children. In my spare time I enjoy playing soccer and going to church.
