FREO is an Employer`s Organisation, Registered in terms of Section 96 of the Labour Regulations Act, striving to provide to its members a full  range of services pertaining to labour related matters.  As a non-profit organisation, it is intent on performing its role in accordance with the spirit of the Labour Relations Act, and to ensure that where possible, the needs of its members are addressed, thereby promoting sound labour relations in the workplace.  FREO functions on a National basis, and has professional and highly experienced Organizers, representing members at the CCMA and Bargaining Councils.
